Once
you are ready to start managing your procedures then you should start by
identifying:
Who needs access to what
?
Thankfully, the Lifecycle Process Mapping System
can help you with this question.
Using the Lifecycle User Administrator,
you can do the following:
■
Create department folders that
represent your organizational structure.
■
Create user accounts for your
employees inside each of the department folders.
■
Specify what access privileges
each of the users is allowed to have. (i.e. read/write/modify).
The Next Step:
Now that the security is in place, it is time to document your
procedures using a secure and trusted documentation product. Typically,
there would be a lot of wasted time involved with capturing your procedures.
However, this is not the case with the Lifecycle Process Mapping System.
